Latest Bollywood movie ‘Galti Sirf Tumhari’ witnessed decent occupancy in morning shows on first day of release. Hitting minor number of screens in various states across the country, the newly released Hindi offering attracted very less number of audiences in the cinema halls. Failing to receive good response from the audiences, the film garnered poor collection at India’s box office on opening day.
After witnessing dull occupancy in morning shows, the film could not perform well in the noon sessions. Though the comedy romance drama did not experience any box office competition with a movie starring any megastar, it did not manage to gain satisfactory response from the film-watchers. Directed by Suryakant Tyagi, the latest Bollywood flick impressed moderate number of spectators in the domestic arena.
Continuing to witness decent occupancy in evening shows, the film did not showcase in growth in its performance throughout 1st day of release. However, the night shows experienced little hike in the number of footfalls. Although an unexpected surge in the theatre occupancy was witnessed in night shows, the same could not help the film in doing a good business on day 1. The movie earned stagnant income on Saturday.
Releasing on very less number of screens in overseas, Sarika Sanjot’s production couldn’t fetch huge attention from the foreigner audience. Competing hard against the latest Hollywood releases in international market, the new Hindi movie didn’t succeed in earning a big monetary profit. The romantic family entertainer not only struggled hard in domestic arena but also confronted with the internationally released films in foreign countries.
Featuring Navin Bhangu, Poonam Pandey, Sunil Thapa and Ravi Yadav in leading roles, the latest Indian celluloid collected unsatisfactory business on initial day of release. The movie could not attract a good number of audiences in Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka and Kerala as newly released south Indian cinemas had good hold in those regions. As per experts’ prediction, the film needs to collect sufficient earnings in first week as it will not be able to so while facing more competition with upcoming Bollywood movies which are scheduled to release next week.
